The Healing Arts Center at the Shala is dedicated to offering our community a warm and sacred space to experience a variety of truly therapeutic services. Kristine Reed: Licensed Massage Therapist

Kristine Reed graduated from Alpha Institute in 1998 and has been practicing massage therapy for over 18 years. She is certified in Stone therapy and Cupping. Is a Reiki practitioner, and she specializes in Myofascial release, trigger point and Deep tissue. Kris pursued the healing arts to help others, and she utilizes the therapeutic aspect of massage to speed the healing and assist with pain management.Each massage she gives is customized for each individual client, focusing on the areas with the most need, and as the client request.

Donna Kuebler:  Master Healer

Donna has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and Spiritual Arts since 2005 and was honored with the “Best Energy Healer in South Florida” award by Palm Beach Florida Weekly Magazine.


She has countless Yoga Certifications, is a Reiki Master, Past Life Therapist, a graduate of the Shamanic Practitioners Program at Western Connecticut State University, is a Vibrational Sound Healer, Channel, Psychic Seer and an ordained minister in the Order of Melchizedek. Shannon Benzie


Thai Body Work + Traditional Fire Cupping

$90 for 1 hour (30 mins. Thai + 30 mins. Cupping •OR• 1 hour of just cupping/deeper fascia on the table) 

$120 for 90 minutes (1 hour Thai + 30 mins. Cupping/Deeper fascia work on the table)



Thai Body Work-

This form of body work takes place with recipient lying on the floor. Practitioner uses body weight, palm/sole pressing, and rocking motions to relax, stretch and massage the entire body. 

Traditional Fire Cupping-

A healing modality with origins from China. This form of deep body work therapy uses suction cups that are placed on the back of the body to promote pain relief for acute &/or chronic conditions, blood/lymph circulation and gentle detoxification.

Dr. Paul O'Leary: Chiropractor

Dr. Paul O’Leary is a chiropractor who has been practicing in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens since 2010. He was born in New York and was raised in Palm Beach Gardens attending Rosarian Academy and Cardinal Newman High School. Dr. O’Leary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. As a health educator, Kim has guided thousands of clients to exceed their wellness goals and improve their quality of life. Dr. Kim’s passion for supporting people to heal themselves led her to the world-renowned Hippocrates Health Institute, where she served as co-founder of the Weight Loss and Fitness Academy. 


Her unique background of: holistic wellness, yoga philosophy and therapeutic movement, equips Kim to offer the utmost in comprehensive self-care.

Hannah R. Griffin: OTR/L

LeAnn Hertz:  Licensed Massage Therapist & Tibetan Cranial Practitioner

Born and raised in Jupiter Florida LeAnn Hertz has a passion for being of service. Her Massage and Tibetan Cranial practice is an outlet for that. She started her healing arts journey in 2016 at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. She then began her three year Tibetan Cranial apprenticeship in September of 2017 while living and working at Sunrise Ranch in Loveland Colorado.  She is very grateful to be sharing the work she loves in her home.

Cecile Alfonso: Ayurvedic Health & Life Coach

Cecile is an Ayurvedic Life & Health coach and bases her coaching style around each client’s personal balance point or birth constitution. She integrates traditional tools used in Ayurveda (foods, diet, lifestyle, gem therapy, aromatherapy, yoga asana, mantra, meditation, visualization, sound and color therapy) and tools like Emotion Code (applied kinesiology) and Reiki to help her clients with their holistic health goals.
