Adrienne Jimoulis: Reiki Energy Healer
Adrienne has a gypsy soul whose quest for adventure and insight has taken her all over the U.S. She especially cherishes the many beautiful souls she has encountered during her travels, and considers herself blessed by each of them. She is inspired by her dog, Lucas, who brings out the best in her.
Raised in Pembroke, Massachusetts and spending several years in Maine, she learned that she thrives in a warm climate. She returned to the Jupiter area to settle in 2018. She found yoga in 2000 while living in Seacoast New Hampshire, and has been practicing ever since. Her yoga practice has sustained her through many challenges and upheavals in life. She was introduced to Kula by a friend and is excited to be a certified yoga teacher through Kula's teacher training program.
Adrienne is a Usui Level II Reiki Practitioner whose greatest joy is helping others. Her spiritual path has guided her to yoga, meditation, and to Reiki in 2016. Her truth is that we are all divine beings having a human experience, and we have the ability to heal ourselves if obstacles are removed.
We all have life force energy running through and around us which is responsive to our thoughts and feelings. It can be disrupted by negative influences, conscious or subconscious, which can hinder the flow of this life force.
Reiki works by infusing the energy field with positive energy, clearing blockages and restoring balance. This can promote healing on many levels, and many of her clients have experienced a reduction in stress and anxiety.
Adrienne is honored to be part of the team at Kula, and looks forward to serving you. Please contact her to set up an appointment.

Surah Parizek: Health Coach
I graduated college with a BA in theatre and dance performance, which led me to understand that was not my calling in life. After some soul searching, I realized what I wanted most was to make a connection and an impact with people. I wanted them to be seen and accepted exactly as they were in that moment.
I first found massage therapy to be a way I could give total acceptance to a client, with no judgment. For the next 25 years I loved helping people be pain free, grounded in their bodies, and present in their lives.
I struggled for many years to unravel an eating disorder which led to my own Health Journey. I had tried many diets, cleanses, and eating strategies, but never one-on-one coaching. This style of coaching combined with whole foods and superfoods, changing my daily habits, flooding my body
with the right nutrition, and a community of support I could tap into helped me change my relationship with food. Not only has my relationship with food changed, but also my relationships in general have changed. I have a ton of energy, joy and confidence. Having achieved this goal, I realized that I could help others to achieve the healthiest version of themselves. It is now my deepest privilege to be supporting others on their own health journeys.
