Kristine Reed: Licensed Massage Therapist
Kristine Reed graduated from Alpha Institute in 1998 and has been practicing massage therapy for over 18 years. She is certified in Stone therapy and Cupping. Is a Reiki practitioner, and she specializes in Myofascial release, trigger point and Deep tissue. Kris pursued the healing arts to help others, and she utilizes the therapeutic aspect of massage to speed the healing and assist with pain management.Each massage she gives is customized for each individual client, focusing on the areas with the most need, and as the client request.

Heike Amelung: Licensed Psychotherapist
Heike has been a licensed psychotherapist in Florida since 1997. She is also a Professional Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. In 2016, she completed the teacher training at Kula Yoga Shala as an extension of her studies of the yogic traditions.
Her very holistic approach to psychotherapy is not grounded in the western medical model, but rather in the Vedic traditions. In collaboration with her clients, Heike focuses on supporting a path towards physical health, a peaceful mind and ultimately, the aim of all yogas, towards the unfolding of our true Self. The tradition of Ayurveda provides the great wisdom of daily practices (dinacharya), use of herbs, food as medicine etc. Yoga provides us with not just asana, but pranayama, mantra and
meditation. Above all, Heike draws from her very extensive work experience and eclectic use of techniques as a psychotherapist in her journey with her clients. Please call for appointments.

Dr. Craig Pollack: Acupuncture Physician
Dr. Craig Pollack is a licensed Acupuncturist who has been in practice for 9 years. His goal is to help everyone lead a more pain free and balanced life. Pain management for both chronic and acute issues are Dr. Pollack’s specialty, but he also uses Acupuncture techniques for Fertility, Gastrointestinal health and many other imbalances that we have in our bodies. The main focus of treatment is to have everyone feeling better so they can live life to the fullest while avoiding future issues. Sessions include acupuncture needling, cupping, electro-stimulation and a multitude of other techniques. Dr. Pollack studied, trained and practiced in the San Francisco Bay
area beginning in 2008, where he was able to hone in on specialized skills while also experiencing the multitude of modalities that the clinics in the Bay had to offer. Susan Wardle-Mitchell: Yoga Therapist & LMT
With over 15 years experience as a licenses massage therapist in the Jupiter area, Susan is committed to providing health and healing to her clients. Working intuitively, Susan combines therapeutic techniques, treating clients for their individual needs, including Swedish massage, neuromuscular, table stretching,and more, to ease pain and promote relaxation and healing.

Dr. Paul O'Leary: Chiropractor
Dr. Paul O’Leary is a chiropractor who has been practicing in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens since 2010. He was born in New York and was raised in Palm Beach Gardens attending Rosarian Academy and Cardinal Newman High School. Dr. O’Leary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Christina Grace: Health & Wellness Coach
Christina Grace is a certified Health & Wellness coach and a 2014 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. After cultivating a deep love of yoga for many years while living in New York City, in 2017 she decided to deepen her yoga practice by studying to take the seat of the teacher. In the fall of 2017 she became a certified 200 hour RYT through the Yoga Alliance at Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, FL. In 2019, she completed her Prenatal Yoga Training and is now a certified PYT helping women to feel good in their bodies through pregnancy and labor.
Christina’s approach to health is the belief that each person is unique and requires a different path to wellness; there is no one size fits all approach. She focuses on healing clients from the inside out offering health coaching, meal planning and private yoga.
Over the last 10 years, exercise and healthy eating have given Christina a new outlook on life, and transformed both her mind and body. Christina truly believes in the mind and body connection and that one cannot be fully healed or optimally healthy without the other. Megan Fahey: Registered Dietician | Integrative & Functional Medicine Nuritionist
Megan Fahey, MS, RD, IFNCP is a Registered Dietitian, Integrative & Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She holds her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, one of the country’s leading schools for integrative medicine.
Her nutrition sessions artfully blend eastern and western healing modalities to help clients break free from disordered eating and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. Megan creates personalized programs designed for each client to reprogram food beliefs, optimize digestive function, balance hormones and experience true food freedom.

Cecile Alfonso: Ayurvedic Health & Life Coach
Cecile is an Ayurvedic Life & Health coach and bases her coaching style around each client’s personal balance point or birth constitution. She integrates traditional tools used in Ayurveda (foods, diet, lifestyle, gem therapy, aromatherapy, yoga asana, mantra, meditation, visualization, sound and color therapy) and tools like Emotion Code (applied kinesiology) and Reiki to help her clients with their holistic health goals.

She started her healing arts journey in 2016 at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. She then began her three year Tibetan Cranial apprenticeship in September of 2017 while living and working at Sunrise Ranch in Loveland Colorado. She is very grateful to be sharing the work she loves in her home.
